Our Purpose
New Beginning Bible Institute exists to help Christians build a strong biblical foundation, grow in sound doctrine, understand the Scriptures more clearly, and apply God’s Word faithfully to everyday life and ministry.

A Ministry of the Local Church
New Beginning Bible Institute is being launched out of New Beginning Baptist Fellowship. Biblical training should remain closely connected to the ministry and life of the local church. The Institute is not intended to replace the local church, but to strengthen Christians so they can serve more effectively within it.
We provide practical, accessible Bible instruction for church members, teachers, preachers, ministry workers, and Christians who simply want to know the Word of God better.
Committed to the King James Bible
The King James Version of the Bible is used throughout New Beginning Bible Institute. Scripture quoted in lessons, outlines, course materials, quizzes, and teaching comes from the King James Bible.
The Bible remains at the center of Christian education. Our courses point students back to Scripture rather than merely teaching opinions, traditions, or theological systems.

Prayerfully Growing Beyond
While much of the Institute’s initial teaching is being developed by Pastor Keith M. Seiber, the vision extends far beyond one instructor. As NBBI grows, we plan to include trusted pastors, Bible teachers, evangelists, missionaries, and other faithful Christian leaders who can bring years of biblical study, ministry experience, and practical wisdom into the classroom.
About Pastor Keith M. Seiber
Pastor Keith M. Seiber serves as pastor of New Beginning Baptist Fellowship and is the founder of New Beginning Bible Institute.
His burden is to help Christians become serious students of the Word of God and to make sound Bible teaching practical and understandable. Through preaching, teaching, writing, and ministry, his emphasis is on biblical authority, sound doctrine, faithful interpretation of Scripture, strengthening the local church, and equipping believers for Christian service.
He also writes and teaches through Rightly Dividing the Word of Truth, a ministry devoted to KJV-centered conservative Baptist theology and dispensational Bible study.
What We Plan to Teach
As the Institute continues to grow, courses will cover subjects including:
- Bible doctrine and books of the Bible
- Bible history and biblical interpretation
- Christian living and the Christian home
- Apologetics and biblical worldview
- Church ministry and practical Christian service
- Preaching and teaching
Courses are designed to be self-paced, practical, Bible-centered, and accessible to Christians at different stages of spiritual growth.
Who Is the Institute For?
NBBI is for the Christian who says, “I want to know my Bible better.” You may be a new Christian, a longtime church member, a Sunday school teacher, a ministry worker, a preacher, or someone who simply wants a stronger understanding of Scripture. You do not have to be preparing for full-time ministry to benefit from serious Bible study.
We Are Just Getting Started
New courses, teachers, subjects, and resources will continue to be added as the Lord provides opportunities. Our vision is simple:
